Momentum 2008 mined the best new thinking in the progressive community. Participants were entertained, surprised, and challenged to consider new perspectives with an open mind. Momentum 2008 left participants ready to face the challenges of their work with renewed energy and ideas from such engaging thinkers as: Eboo Patel (Interfaith Youth Core, Advisor, White House Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships), Maria Teresa Petersen (Voto Latino, MSNBC), and Markos “Kos” Moulitsas (The Daily Kos).
